KK Large Electrical Maintenance Yard
A Division of Kloudkicker Industries

Comes in four ways, a plopable and growable version, in medium wealth commercial service and also industrial manufacturing. All with beautiful seasonal trees by Girafe. Many timed props "moving" around the lot throughout the day, thanks to Simmer2. All lots have the same basic stats. Each is in a separately labeled folder, collect them all or remove the ones not desired (see installing instructions).

Note: All of the dependences are required for a complete looking lot; without any brown boxes, missing textures or objects.
The seasonal props will need about a year to fully appear. Afterwards they will always be visible.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK Large Electrical Maint. Yard README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK Large Electrical Maint. Yard README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it.

To remove a file not desired; open either "Commercial" or "KK Industries" and in there is a subfolder that contains the "Grow" and "Plop" folders. One or both can be removed from the two sets(Cs$$ or IM).

Or/Then take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.

Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. It's a trap, I am sure of it! I can smell these things!

This lot was designed by me(Kloudkicker) and has been tested. Much care has been take to ensure that there are no errors, but this does not mean that errors do not exist. How can anyone ensure that when the game is not perfect itself? Use at your own risk.
