This is another FA3 oriented property

I get the vibe that most of the people using these are beyond UI stuff so look for all these fa lots in your "buildingplop" cheat (included with the extra cheats mod), they're all labelled "FA" alphabetically. 

landmark, no stats

I like making these landmarks with no stats so they don't require any utilities to operate and are easy to plop. However, may do some angled civics soon!
