About This File

Somy's creation is just another level. Somy is one of the few creators who makes diagonal high-end apartments models. Now, I turned those models into lots you can grow. This is the Somy's diagonal high-end apartments relotted by @chfzdn. They're not just lots or functional landmarks, but they're functional 1x2 R$$$ growables. They have ~300 of R$$$ capacity and costs only $40 to bulldoze. The lots do have some high-wealth grass on them so @rsc204 Diagonal Filler is nice addition. It only needs Somy's Luxury Apartment Block at his page. You only need the model files, not the lot files.

Shout out to Somy to make amazing content for us. Without him, this lot wouldn't be possible.

  1. Adjusted spacing to be not obstructing the sidewalks, though there's a green in between. At least, it doesn't get any lawsuit from the citizens.
  2. The lots have to grown in a diagonal setting, more specifically with both the front and right side to be touched. It's still recommended to space at least 1 tile from each other.
  3. I forgot to remind you, but I've never made the lot to be LTEXT linked. Now, I have officially made the lots to be renamable as it should be.

Oh, I should say that you should download it from the Somy's page in the description, instead of direct download. The direct link has been removed to prevent such issue appearing again.

Great idea !

But there are 23 ".SC4model" files in Somy original plugin, not to mention that there are two folders. Being a bit more specific about which original models in which original folder are needed for your relot would have been more convenient (I hate dragging unuseful files behind in the game). That said, thank you for this addition to the game.
