About This File

A little wall to wall building in Seattle's University district from the 1920's.

CS$$ with 59 jobs, this is a condensed version, the building should probably be 1x3 but most W2W lots are 1x2 so I figured it would fit better as such, and it also looked a little weird when I stretched it out.

The night lighting was very uncooperative so I had to settle on the default BAT nite windows, but I will probably go back to that if I ever learn night lighting properly.

Still new to this so there could be issues with it... and thanks again @mattb325 for the tips with this one.

Rott, I love your buildings.  I was installing a bunch of them and noticed that this one in particular has issues.  If you load this one up in PIM-X, the building cannot open the lot file, and the lot cannot open the building.  I think the lot file doesn't work with this building.  If you recreate the lot file again in PIM-X, it should work.

Also, the amount of jobs (CS$$ 59) wants PIM-X to make this a Stage 5 building instead of a Stage 2 building you have.  Recomputing the properties to 0.5 default, providing 17 jobs, would make it the proper stage 2 lot.  17 jobs seems fine for a condensed clothing store, right?

@Kel9509

I think this was my second or third lot so I'm not surprised it had some errors.

I actually did some work to the original model not too long ago so I plan on releasing an improved version of it which will also have the technical aspects updated and also have it tested by someone other than me. Stay tuned...
