Another shopping complex that was inspired initially as @dubaidude303’s prize for the best suggestion of brands for Recycled Super Kmart Contest. The prize suggestion was for a shopping center with a Trader Joe’s- and I expanded upon that to include a few other brands.

 

12 x15 lot with 437 jobs

  • Nordstrom Rack

  • Barnes and Noble Booksellers

  • Homegoods

  • Trader Joe’s

  • Sierra (Outdoors)

  • Chipotle

thank you for another repurposed strip mall  I like the addition of a Trader Joe's to SC4 although for more realism the parking lot should be too small and badly designed   that said this looks very good
