This is a very, very nice building, but i will wait till its functional to download. Great work and detail! I think it is around the right scale, i'd love to see this as a wall to wall building with rowhomes aswell. !!

Sorry i just read about the 3d models, do you mind if i try to make rowhomes for this? We have these sort of buildings in our old part of town but sort of scottish, and the textures would be really good.

Use the model for whatever purpose you like! The more buildings like these we can get the happier I am. My advice; make row homes exactly 16meters wide...

the model is great! it'd be great as a corner for wall to wall so i think you should scale it up so it fits perfectly on the 2x2 lot. seeing as the lot is a test i'll let you off on that one ;)

Yes i know about the 16 metres, its just making sure the footprint is exactly the building dimensions so you dont get spaces.

Where is the gmax file? will you be uploading it because i cannot find it

Frogface. If I simply scale it up, the floor height etc will no longer fit the original sc4 buildings. What I'll do is extend the walls (and one or tow more 'columns' of windows) so it will fit on a 2x2 lot. Or maybe for variety a very small rowhome.... we'll see.

Morhavoc: if just finished to upload the gmax file+textures (dial-up is sooo slow).... but I cannot see it myself either... I'll just wait for the next publishing cycle... If it doesn't appear I'll retry uploading soon.

Welcome back!!! It's great that you are back. I love this style of building. The color is so so for my taste but other than that, looks great and looking forward to your future releases. Are you keeping them landmarks still?

Some of the buildings on that site are stunning. I will have fun with this building style.

I really like this one, maybe the floor height could be a little taller... or is it the windows that look a little bit wide? The texturing is very good anyways and the veranda is very realistic. Cant wait to see more in this series!

thats amazing xannepan! Well if you wanna help with the wall to wall building set you really need to make the underground of the houses a bit more realistic (trees, lightpoles etc) but i think people like vlakhaas and shmails can do that ! great work keep it up
