This is a Miami style residential landmark based off the Apogee South Beach by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.

The file contains:

  1.  A landmark version
  2.  A growable version with medium wealth residents  (R$$ 800, growth stage 9)

 

You will find it in the landmarks menu

Unfortunately no nightlighting because I can't get the darknite mod to work on my system (maybe someone can offer me help on how to get it to work. I would really appreciate it!)

does maxis night still work or just no lights what so ever, just ask i like it regardless.
