About This File
The CSK2 Small Port is a fully functional seaport that can be placed on the CSK2 Canals anywhere in your city. We have taken the "sea" out of the Seaport so you no longer have to muck up prime coastal properties with a nasty old seaport.
You also no longer have to slave your industrial development to proximity to oceans or rivers. Anywhere that you have industry and canals, you can now also have a functional port. Just watch your industry thrive with the short & cheap freight trips this combination can provide.
The Small Port is notably smaller than a normal seaport; a mere 2x5 land tiles in size. It provides half the capacity of a normal seaport... at half the price & expense... and less than half the filth. The Small Port does not provide any rail freight handling facilities. This makes it an ideal choice for servicing small or remote industrial zones without rail service.
* A larger, full capacity CSK2 Port with facilities for rail freight will soon follow this release.

** IMPORTANT NOTICE **
This download contains two versions of the lot and both will be installed. Only one version can be used and the file of the other version must be manually removed by you from the installed sub-folder in your Plugins folder.
The file name of the recommended version is zPEG_3x5_CSK2_Port-Small_205f.dat . This version uses its own, built-in Common Seaport Registry which. like the Swamper77 Seaport Support mod, allows this lot to be compatible with other existing seaport lots. However, it is NOT compatible with the Swamper77 Seaport Support mod which must not be installed for this lot to function properly.
The file name of the other version is PEG_3x5_CSK2_Port-Small_SW77_205f.dat. This version is compatible with the Swamper77 Seaport Support mod. We had mixed results when testing this lot with that mod and therefore can not support this version. But we have included it so players have the option of determining which version works best on their machine.

As part of the Project ZIP efforts the *.exe installer has been removed from this upload. To install, simply copy/extract the PEGPROD parent folder into your plugins.
