Clearly you have got the basics of modelling worked out and I think it's pretty clear your releases are improving.

Overall the main model here is of a good standard, although the whites are very saturated. SC4BAT will not export textures the way they look in design process. There is a great tutorial here, which could help you to improve your texturing: 

Other than the whites, the roof itself is devoid of any detail, it looks like you've used a base colour rather than a texture? If you do this for SC4 models, often the results don't look good. Adding a texture and suitable UV Map would make a huge difference. Even one of the included textures that comes with SC4BAT would help. Otherwise though, the rest of the model looks really good and it's just these two parts that let it down a little.

The lotting is of a decent standard, you've clearly made an effort to fill a large area with detail. It's a shame that in your screenshots, you don't see them, because the timed props on the lot were not active when you took the pictures.

• The subway stairs requires users have NinjaBoulevardStation_ad9444e6.SC4Lot
  (The NinjaBoulevard Station) installed as part of the NAM.
• SFBT Essentials is also required for some ancillary props used.
