I really like this building and want to use it. Great modelling work.  I couldn't find it under landmarks, and here's what it looks like in my Lot Editor.  The trees must not be Maxis trees and something, maybe a texture seems missing in the colored area.

I don't know about the colored area might be the Handrails. I'll have to check.

It shows up in my landmarks menu.. but then again I'm new to this so I'm not sure.

I'm still having a problem with it appearing in the landmark menu. Your Gateshead Millennium Bridge is appearing okay in the parks menu and works/looks great in the game.  Nobody else seems to be reporting a problem, but I'm testing it in SC4 vanilla with no mods or anything that should interfere.  I will have a look at it in iReader and see if I can figure it out.
