It looks good, but I think you have a problem with excessively flat textures near the base.

"white" textures aren't really that white IRL, and certainly not for any tower that is that filthy at the top. I believe @Bipin released some (admittedly) smaller cooling towers a while back. It would be worth it to look at that download to get an idea how to better color balance the base textures so that they aren't so flat and blindingly white.

Real colors are almost always interpreted according to surroundings, which is why there's a color/white balance on your phone or camera; colors are very rarely absolute like they are on computers, so that would be my primary complaint at this time.
