The scaling looks off as well. As @Gn_leugim pointed out on another of your files, you need to start a BAT thread and really start to work on texturing and details. The textures in this case look fine, but only because, to me at least, they appear to be photos that are mapped onto the building.

The modelling is good, but the building appears severely underscaled compared to what it seems like it should be. There are plenty of BATters using only GMAX and Sketchup that produce extremely high-quality work. See Bipin's work if you want an example of a Sketchup user, and Mad Hatter if you think that GMAX can't produce nice things. Having low-quality hardware is no excuse for poor work.
