Yes, it would have needed to breathe more, I'm afraid. I must say the logic of the various buildings' placement escapes me. Have you tried looking for pictures of actual industrial bakeries ? Perhaps it would help rationalize this one. I wouldn't mind having bad snacks in my cities ! 

As an industrial site developed over several decades it is reasonable that this is what it would look like.   As for SCAM.dat, if it is a file that actually exists in the plugins folder of the author of this work, then it can be easily analyzed and its origin discovered --I did a general search for reference to the file.   I usually don't give a positive review without thoroughly testing the work, but in this case I think the author is sincere to the ambition of creating meaningful and useful lots in the SC4 community.    All the known dependencies are respectable.  

Sorry but it seems just like you put together some other buildings to built this, I don't like it.
