About This File

This is actually two lots - one is an Elementary School Bus Stop, and the other a High School one. These allow you to increase school coverage without building another school. They have coverage area of 300 meters (about as far as people are willing to walk to the stops) and cost

Yes, it does sort of function as a school IN A SENSE, but I had to take out the Query GUID as that would ruin the effect. Are you familiar with basic modding?

You really should give your zip files a unigue name. It helps the user to know what file is yours. Great job a Modd-ing

I do like the concept, though I'm not crash hot on the lots themselves, though that's not an issue for me. To be honest I could've done most of that myself (except taking out the query GUID). but I'll accept that someone else has already done it, I'll just customise the lot.

One thing that could make these better would be to scatter the sims somewhat. Also, I'd suggest next time you do something like this, use the lighter grass textures - they look better with the pavement.

These lots do work well to expand school coverage. But when more school funding is needed, teachers picket and strike at this lot and the edu advisor screams. There is no funding to increase for this lot. Is there a fix? This discourages one from using an otherwise very usefull lot.

They could use some fluf or control, but for a small spead out community getting started they are flexable enough - to a point.

I had a problem using this lot similar to Ladymane. When my population exceeded my school capacity the teachers rolled out to these bus stops and picketed them. There was no adjustment, even bulldozing and rezoning left the affect as if they were still there.

thank you this works well for small towns where you want to have some homes in the outer areas where the school radius isn't wide enough
