The Drake Villa... a design villa for your upper/middle class Cims.
This villa is a single floor house, it's based on real architect plans.
It's standing on a 4x3 parcel (3 wide, 4 deep) and is at Level 3.
The building is only 538 triangles and has a custom LOD (86 tris) and custom LOD textures, the textures are 1024 (128 for the lod).
The building should come in four roof colors but due to some bug at the moment the game will probably only be able to display two of the colors.
I'll make an update when Colossal Order has fixed the game if needed for all colors to work properly.

Installation (Windows) :
The .crp file inside the archive must be placed in c/:users/[yourname]/AppData/Local/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Assets
If there is no "Asset" subfolder you can create it yourself. (happens if you haven never created any new asset).
If you can't see these directories, change your windows explorer options to "show hidden files and folders"
