Sims need cars to travel and gaz for the cars, which come from Oil Fineries, and now here is the Pump that pumps all that oil.It is amn independant lot.-Oil is energy,so this lot produces some,little.

This is Nexis's second Bat and for awhile the last one too, since I have promissed one to GrampaAl and one to CSX.

Have Fun with Nexis.

Needs only bldgprop_vol1 and 2.

BtW, this is not an April's fool lot!!!
