It's a change from the SimCity 4 Standard. For the better! It looks like a private charter ferry dock. My city has heaps of these. 10/10

it will fit in my little steams that i have in my residential as the maxis ones are to big

I love it, it looks very nice, but it's just lacking some support beams. I know it wasn't made with BAT, but maybe someone could make them for you. I'm still giving it a 10 though, great invention!

Is it transit enabled?

It's transit functions are exactly the same as of Maxis's standart passenger ferry terminal. As for network enabeling - No, roads and streets can't pass through it.

I can't see the wood either, it looks like there are textures missing when I plop it. Is there a dependency missing that you didn't cite? :-/
