This is my first upload on the STEX and thus my first building to be released to the public. I have decided not to include any images in the upload to reduce the file size. There is only one version, because it does not have any nightlights.
The building of the Amelandseplein is a medium density wall 2 wall building. It is a good example of a 40's and 50's Dutch porch building, although some elements are not that common. The name of the BAT is named after the street it is located in. It is inspired by a Dutch building in the south of Rotterdam, but it could fit in any other North European or North American city. If you stumble upon any problems, you can always send a personal message on SC4D or Simtropolis or leave a comment in the BNL board on SC4D.
