Nice building and night lighting! Just needs a little bit more ground clutter on the concrete area out front and maybe a fence on the back where the cars are. Other than that 4 out of 5.

The building looks great! I think though that a Maxis night version would be very helpful to some people. Anyways, thanks for you work mate, and I will enjoy this one :)

You're showing a lot of improvement. This will be the first of your work that I'll download. However the textures overall are flat and plasticky especially on the crown, and the lot leaves quite a bit to be desired. Good job though, nice to see improvement. Keep it up.
