Located in Bilbao a few minutes away from the Guggenheim. It was designed by Santiago Calatrava in 1994, and finished in 1997. It is used for pedestrian crossing in reality, but isn't functional in SimCity.
I would also like to thank Oppie for his canal set. If it wasn't for him, this lot would not have looked as well as it does now.
In order for the lot to work, you need to download his canal set at simcitycentral.net in the Bat section.
I also give thanks to coachpotato for helping me on the exporting problems.
