About This File

This outdoor performance space is designed to broaden your Sims awareness of the arts. Concerts, plays, and art shows are all shown here. The design is a Shmails original, as well as the seating. This lot is a perfect centerpiece to any park area.

This building functions like a museum, with twice the EQ of a small museum and a radius to cover a medium map.

Plop - $7500

Bulldoze - $1000

Maintenence - $250

Tickets available - 1200

I felt that I was uploading enough of other people's models as civic nuildings that I should add one of my own, so here it is. I hope you like it. As always....please rate, comment, and enjoy!

The pictures do not do this justice. I wanted a structure that looked different from every angle. Hope everyone likes it as much as I do.

nice, but if you update i suggest using a black texture for the stage rather than a green marble.

Well done. Does the lot require a road along side to become completely functional?

COOL! Ever since seeing the original screenshots of SC4 showing the state fair with its stage, I've wanted to build various concert venues for the game (I'm a live audio engineer when not playing SC4). Very cool addition to the game.

What a fantastic space, you always put so much thought into your buildings. the attention to detail is just right and i love the stage colour, draws the eye from a distance. You hardly need to add functions to others buildings when yours are so good, keep up the good work

Thanks to everyone for all the support. pmvg - No side street is necessary. Falcon5018 - It should be a dark marble with green veins running through. Oh well, thanks everyone.

Hogmeister - I did the functional lots for myself, then thought it was only right to share. DonD13 - More ideas to come soon.

Great lot although my only request is that you expand it to be more of a full blown ampitheater for major performances and such.
