I've been hoping for more high-capacity, plobbable R$ buildings. Could you also make some that aren't slummy? Not knocking this nice creation, though.

I would have made it smaller, but it's a real life replica, so that wouldn't have made sense.

From what i have read in the forum, Residential ploppables DO NOT WORK; they are quickly abandonned as sims livin in it can't find a job...

so unless you manage to place them on a no more than 6x6 lot, this very nice building is unfortunately useless :-( It still deserves a 10 for the design :-)
