About This File

THIS LOT IS NOT MINE AND I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR IT.

I searched the STEX and couldn't find this lot, It seems the original author may not be around and I was highly disappointed until I got lucky and found it on one of my hard drives. I simply wanted to put it back in the collection

ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION

----------

You are looking at a revolutionary breakthrough in clean air and water.

This process sucks all air into the large turbo sucker than separates the

H2 from the O found in the air and reprocesses the air into large green

ionization balls. Which are than expelled from the top of the big blue

ionization building.

The 'smoke' you see is nothing more than hot steam used in the process.

Backed by little steam injectors, expels the ion balls into your city's atmosphere.

This, also keeps those little green buggers soft and pliable while they

float around your city devouring any and all nasty particles in the air.

It's revolutionary, I tell you!

The 'waste' from breaking down the H2 from the O is 99.44% pure that it is

pumped back into the water system, completely cleaning all grunge and

any crap it finds. These little goodies are called waterons and work like

tiny scrubbing bubbles floating around throughout your water system.

It's revolutionary, I say!

Note:

It was tweaked to clean two nasty coal burning power plants and one incinerator

I have in one of my citys.

If you have more dirty industry than that, you my need to plop two or more of them.

It is also residential and commercial friendly. It can be plopped most anywhere

within the radius limitation of 96.

The updates are: Reduced garbage output and a water pump, the same as the small

water pumping station in the game and a couple other minor unemportant thingys.

ENJOY!!!

Plop cost: $10,000

Monthly cost: $500

Bulldoze cost: $1,000

Jobs Generated: 600 ($=100, $$=200, $$$=300)

There are no dependencies. I used all in-game items.

It does NOT replace anything. It's an indepentant lot.

You'll find this lot in the Utilities menu under Water.

Installation:

Unzip the 'RAHWatAirInc.zip' folder and place the lot file in your

My Docs/SimCity 4/Plugins folder.

It shouldn't have any dependencies, as I understand it's made from in game props and stuff. I've been able to use it fine as it is so I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Oh that. I think this lot is growable or something. It starts out as a different building and then changes into that one I think.

Sometimes later on in the game it just plops that one you see in the picture.

Like I said, I barely know jack about it, but you should get that building in the picture eventually.

THIS LOT HAS NO DEPENDENCIES. Your Building Props won't fix a thing.

I know you keep saying it has no dependencies, but it has to! The building works perfectly! It's just the building itself, all i get is a parking lot, a water pump and the green emissions coming from nowhere! :/

Hi all,

That is my lot. I don't know how it got deleted from our library but thanks for reposting it, DarkSoul.

YES! You need the SC4 Building Props 1&2 to make it work. It has been tested and does work just fine but you've got to install the SimCity 4 building props 1&2!

You also have to connect it to the main water supply.

Have fun!
