Installation:
The zip file contains the lot file, the building and prop description files, and the model file.
Simply unzip these files to somewhere in your plugins folder. To remove, simply delete the files.

Note: I’ve done my best to track down the location of the dependencies (most of which almost everyone will already have). However, things change on the related web sites, files get consolidated, etc. etc. So if any of the links are incorrect, please PM me and I will update the information.
The building / prop was rendered with custom LODs so that you can place props under the roof if you wish but they will only be visible near the edge.
