the buildings dont appear when I place it in the game :| it's just an empty lot with two propane tanks

addax: Out of nearly 120 downloads you're first to report this as a problem. I tried to recreate your problem. I'd have to guess that you haven't downloaded the building prop set released by either Maxis or Ralphael Ninja. This link will allow you to download Maxis' version of it from the official SimCity 4 site: bldgprop_vol1.dat

addax: Also, make sure you place this file in your \\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder. If this doesn't solve your problem let me know, and I'll try to troubleshoot it some more

I had missing props with this building. Actually, everything wasn;t there except the bottom, not even the parking lot, have you heard of anybody else having that problem?

SimBuilder, if you look up this thread of comments you'll notice that yes, another person has has this thing happen. You can click on the link above to the bldgprop_vol1.dat file and thats the plugin that I used. If this still doesn't work let me know.

I just have one gripe. The monthly cost is to high, higher even than the solar plant which I also think is to high.
