Continuation: Using H2 and H3 does require extreme temp generated by laser or microwave and there is even an attempt using electricity through a wire mesh. However, what would make it less expensive and require less heat is the usage of he3. By using He3 you don't get the nasty neutron radiation you get with the current reaction, and it also doesn't require the intense heat. The problem with He3 is that there are no decent quantities on Earth. You have to go to the moon to get it.

Better than the ingame one

This is definitely better than the original. Are you working on an alternative for the solar plant. Asking as I don't think it is realistic. Given current data on the one in Arizona, I believe the monthly cost of the ingame one is way more than it should be and it is also under rated for power ouput.
