Sokos Hotel Viru is a partial recreation of Tallinn's first highrise building, Viru-hotel. Building was built by Finnish company in 1972 to Estonian SSR. In hotel's 23. floor was KGB's espionage office which was used to spy foreign guests. In 2003 Finnish hotel-chain bought and it was re-branded as Sokos Hotel Viru.
Building is slightly smaller than its counterpart in terms of length. In real life the base-section is much longer and houses a small shopping center, which I didn't get any pictures so I dropped it. Also growable version's lot is different than landmark's, because I always forget what I used in landmark's lot
