I like the parking lot. I have to say the building is overall not that bad

Looks nice, but the coloring is bright, tone it down a little- Still, a 5/5 even with the blinding coloring.

Whoa! That green hurts my eyes.

I'd say work a bit more on the model detail. It's a real good base but I'm sure it has several details to be added on. Also while you keep working on modeling try using maxis lot textures so there's no dependencies. It'll give your BATs a higher chance of being downloaded to be tried out.

Nevertheless you did a good job with the LBT parking lots!

mrbisonm beat me to that, you need an access for the parking lot, and quite a bit of work on the model and textures.

Not bad at all, but I think a growable lot would be better. And maybe should you ameliorate the parking lot, because so many cars at night in front of a store like this is quite strange [img]https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/9.gif[/img]

about the bright colors, thats how buildings are painted here, with crazy colors

I've seen this building before, but instead of bright green it was red...

I like the building and looks cool, but that lime green turns me away!
