hmm...I like the idea behind this, but it could have been done better. For example, this would be absolutely great for a short term boost but somehow make it bite the mayor in the butt later. Maybe have it's income be dependent on the population but drastically reduce the demand for...well everything. It would reduce the pop eventually causing it to become defunct and leaving the mayor with the empty ghost of a town with no real promise of becoming great once again.

But then again, I am not a modder so I don't know if that's possible maybe ask about. Or if you have a thread put it in there. I'm sure there's someone lurking about who could tell you.

Oh, and the lot could have been better, but maybe I'm just picky. I'll rate this off of the idea and not the lot.

For what it is, the lotting of this isn't too bad, though I question why the parking lot is at the back of the lot. Your modding was also an interesting choice; it doesn't provide absurd amounts of cash and risk crashing your city, and is balanced a bit by not being cheap to plop. But, here in lies it's weakness too, as it isn't enough of a cheat to satisfy the need for quick money, nor is it balanced enough to meet the requirements of those who don't like to cheat; sadly limiting its use. Perhaps learning how to mod something to be a reward lot and balancing the income more would help this. As is, it is a 3 or 4/5.

Also, fyi, Iceland is not one of the countries that have been bailed out by the EU. It in fact is not even in the EU.

I feel like I would use this after my town has become completely rich on its own, then snag this to show off even more, how rich my city is, plenty of cities have that kind of bs. But you should try using some original modding, it is more eye catching.

Help. I downloaded it and get the little green and red flags above the biggest building with skylights. These green and red flags stand for the old brown boxes. Am I missing a dependency file. Love the lot tho. Can you help me?
