About This File

My very first bat, a ploppable hospital that provides little health affect, but provides a fair amount of middle/high wealth jobs and has a low monthly cost. I modeled this after a long term care facility I can see from my apartment in Victoria BC (Canada).

Very nice work and a unique lot for SC4. I don't think there is another lot with this concept. I commend you as I had an internship at a nursing home.
