This is my second bat (I'm addicted now) based off a very narrow Edwardian style building in the seedy East Hastings part of Vacouver, I decided to give it a face lift and change smaller building beside it to something of my own design. Regal Place is a stage 4 CS$$ (in real life its a hotel). Thanks for the comments (and any advice on realistic windows).

My very first bat, a ploppable hospital that provides little health affect, but provides a fair amount of middle/high wealth jobs and has a low monthly cost. I modeled this after a long term care facility I can see from my apartment in Victoria BC (Canada).
