It's good for a first try(Dunno how to make a 3D model, I stick to 2D sprites), but you won't be seeing this in my realistic(ish) cities.

First of all, I'm highly surprised that this has 69 downloads.

Second, have you even looked at other bats on here? This thing is garish. No textures at all, primary colors, and WAY over sized. The main portion of the building looks to be about 10 stories tall when, at MOST it should be two.

I realize that this is a first attempt but you're clearly not an idiot so why does this look like a five year old did it? I completely understand the lack of scale, I really do. But I don't understand why you have no textures.

Please remove this and try again. As for scale, I tend to go by the rule that in gmax, 1 unit or point of measurement tends to about 1.5 feet in-game or IRL. This was determined by assuming the average sim was 6' tall. I made boxes that were 2 units, 4 units, and 6 units tall. The sims were the same size as the 4 unit box. So all you need to do is find out how tall/long the item would be in real life then divide that number by 1.5 and that will give you the number of units tall it needs to be in gmax. For example if something needs to be 15 feet tall in real life then you'd calculate 15/1.5 and you'd come up with 10. So make it 10 units tall and in game it would appear to be 15" tall.

...at least that's the rule I go by when I make things. Good luck.

1. Wayyy out of scale. To me just by looking at the picture, it sorta looks like it's 20x20. I suggest making it a 3x5 or a 4x5, so it dosen't take so much room and so it also looks realistic in proportion

2. For the fact you used something that MS Paint is capable of doing, makes it looks a bit, weird, in my eyes atleast. It's best to moderate your high, neon tone of colouring, and only colour things if you really need to.

3. Find some decals. It's not too hard. Also, attempt to get some decals off of some smaller buildings from the game to put the logo onto, or the storefront onto, and then make sure to colourmesh it in so it looks like it matches.

I can't say much. Read the BAT Thread that was provided by some of the commenters.

2/5. 1 for effort and 1 for creativity.

I've never uploaded anything on here so I can't be too much of a critic. I could see this as awesome spoof. Like say "Toys R Us HQ and put an airfield on the roof with some textures that make it look rediculously real.

I really don't wanna be the fat loser gaming critic in granny's basement because as far as I know you some little kid showing his proud creation, or someone who just isn't really familliar with the game. I don't really know how to use bat or anything else, but seriously I wouldn't submit anything until you're ready to take a two barrel blast from this crowd.

Kudos to you if your my eleven year old niece's art buddy. Or kudos to you to have the brass to put up this monsterously huge Atari inspired Toys R Us.

I have to be brutally honest, I am not good at creating BAT's. For this reason, I spare the community the wretched horror that would be any model of my creation. In essence, you should do the same. Practice first, refine second, upload third.

Open a BAT thread and use textures. You need this to even get two stars.

Ugly. You need better textures (I mean!) and a smaller scale. This isn't Gulliver in Simliputia or something.

Guys, It's his first model, it's not like someone will get very good if they first try it.

Needs more texture, i know i have not uploaded anything but damn.

I guess this is not good for detail, but the model would be good if it was smaller and good job with the creativity,

But this won't be popular due to the solid colours you picked

but then again, remember devs fire station? anyone? no? ok.
