Beautifully done! I agree with joesmash, the landscaping and walkways at the base of the building are superb!

The texturing makes these look a little too sterile and plastic for the game, but with a little adjustment I think they would be much better. The renders themselves waaay too blurry and soft, unfortunately. What did you use to export these? Open a thread in the forums and see if you can get those issues sorted out for your next models.

Interesting upload and certainly ambitious. The model and night lighting are really cool! But, what's going on with all of the props on the base...its a mess. A lot of things are just placed on top of one another. A cleaner lot might have done this some good. Some sort of base texture under the model might have helped as well.

i only learn 3dsmax for a few week,this is my second model..
No matter how I adjust Textures，it's still look very plastic....(http://www.simcity.cn/thread-94423-18-1.html)

Yeah, when I try to download it, it gives me that message. No other lot gives me the same problems, just this one.
