About This File

This mod will make it much harder to grow R$$$ why i made this when ever you get so many R$$$ you get nasty no job zots so i made this so you will have a more balanced

city of no job zots because about 65% of no job zots come from R$$$ so this will help a lot you need like doable the jobs to satisfy R$$$.I have made a spread sheet so you can see what i have done so now you need 1,000 residents to get stage 1 R$$$ and like 1,000,0000 to get stage 8 please note that this is total for the regions to install open the zipped file & put the higher R$$$ file in your plugins folder to uninstall delete the file try not to forget to open the spread sheet it will make things a lot easier tested works like a charm enjoy. :D

Thanks bro. I have LOADS of cities with the No Jobs zot on them.
What would also really help is making a mod that increases the chance of having medium class.

np and in addition to helping most of the no job zots this will allow you to get plenty of high wealth jobs aka R$$$ jobs so your city will have a balanced amount of wealthy residents/jobs so now you will no longer have to rasie taxes to keep high wealth residents balanced or keep having to zone for tons of countless jobs which will help a lot

Wait a minute... so you altered the stage limits, right? The stage determines how big the buildings are that can grow. Now if I have a higher stage limit, wouldn't that simply mean that the game would fill the given R$$$ demand (which is unaffected by stage) with more lower-stage buildings, resulting in exactly the same number of rich Sims, only distributed over more, smaller buildings?

Instead, Bones1 had uploaded a mod that raises desirability thresholds to get $$ and $$$. And the ranges are overlapping, eg the threshold to get $$$ (or exit the dilapidation state) is higher than the threshold for $$$ to dilapidate. This makes it harder to get $$ and $$$, but also makes it much less possible to face dilapidation and abandonment. As a result, there is almost no dilapidation, and the city is much more stable. This has also been incorporated into CAM, but the limits were deemed too high, so in the next version they are about to be somewhat lowered.
