I don't see the house. How does this have three dependencies?

Can't edit my comment. I'd recommend that you open a lotting thread to get criticism and feedback BEFORE you upload stuff, because it's pretty unrealistic the mayor lives in a seven-story condo.

3 dependancies for 4 maxis buildings put together in LE seem just meaningless. As people already said you should start your own lotting thread to get better advice on what to do, how to do, what is good, what is bad, etc.

Okay folks, sure does seem to be quite a few off-topic comments. Let's stick to constructive criticism.

Thanks

anyways, this could just be a condo building instead of a mayor's house..

'perhaps he has a room for a bed, another for dressing himself, another for cooking, another for showering, another for the toilet, another for the sink, and another for a tv. my my my, it keeps going on, right?'

2/5

Despite the negative comments, this actually doesn't look too bad. I'm assuming that other government officials/MPs live there as well!

3/5 for it looking so good, but dependencies are not recommended for something made with the Lot Editor, I assume. You should move on to the BAT Tool for future projects, if you want to make serious progress. I've used SolidWorks (professional CAD software) but I've scared myself with gmax, strangely!
