Beautiful colours on a great building. Only thing is maybe spend a bit more time on the window textures, othewise it's a great BAT with great composition. 5/5.

[/quote] I agree with that. You should try to make it in a size that is not so big and not to small. Try comparing it with another buildings like a police station.

Plus use more props like trees new paper stands and thing in that nature. Also, try to make the windows see through. It can give a realistic feel to it.

Not bad so far. But ,aybe you shoud check the sizes, it seems to be a little bit big.

It looks good. It really does. But i think its just overly boxy and the colors are pretty flat.

Other than that I think your on the right track.

You're way too harsh, but I respect your opinion. The textures could be better, but this BAT is nowhere near those hideous junky 2/5 BAT's! I say it's a 4.23/5

Very Good! It´s a beautiful BAT for my brazilian cities!

As most of the comment state, not fantastic textures. But the model is pretty nice. I'll give it a 3/5.

Look good, but I want you to do better, work on textures and a little more on detail and maybe some other stuff. It will also be great for you to open a thread in the Bat Open Discussion so other can help you out to be come one of the best batters. 4/5

Can't really say anything more than what's already been said about the texture and scale. I've seen much worse
so I think you need a little more experience and advice

hmmm, NO DEPENDENCIES on a BAT structure is redundant. A shame though, as this would really look good with some of the wonderful flora and street props available here and at SC4Devotion. Perhaps I'll just download it for the model and re-lot it myself.([i]4/5 given for good model,-1 for poor lotting[/i])
