This is just what i need, perfect!

They look great, but what are the specs (height, lenght, whipt, water usage, etc.)? Do we need dependencies? Are they only ploppable or landmark? Are they commercial, residential or otherwise? They look awsome, so I would love to download them... but not yet.

This looks really great, but comes as a landmark only. I just visited a Chinese download site and found more info about these BAT's (http://www.davidluart.com/).

I believe this is a LM--CO$$$ with 9000 jobs. Look and you shall see.

And there are no dependencies.

You will need BSC Textures Vol 01, 02 and 03 (according to the info on the original download site).
