1x4 Commercial Service Buildings 1.0

I am confused as to why this upload is getting a 1 star rating, as there is nothing that wrong with this upload to justify that rating. I'll look at the files when I get a chance, since the provided picture is quite useless.

I am also very confused. Why not do the people. score gave very low.

Great! Fills that gap between buildings on zones that are 4 tiles deep! Could you make something to replace that damn 2x4 marked too??

Wait, if that's the case, why isn't the "Happy Happy Building" a shade of [b]blue[/b]?

It is a wonderful idea to create 1x4 lots, but I think it is best to make this a ploppable only lot, otherwise I am foreseeing a lot of problems with 4x4 lots splitting into 4 1x4 lots, thus making these ones grow like weeds in our cities. The same logic goes to those 1x3 lots. Still, this looks like a worthwhile download and should merit at least a rating of 4, despite the unclear photos.

the 1x3s should keep those 'cox family courts' from randomly popping up everywhere, it's great to have a little more variety in game
