About This File

Do your sims need a place to take their pets when sick? Solving this problem is this small veterinary clinic.

It has been modded to work like a regular medical clinic in-game, but with the advantage of 4x the radius and capacity of the in-game small clinic. Making this a useful way to provide medical services in smaller cities.

Capacity: 3,200 sims
Radius: 1856
Cost to plop: $600
Monthly Cost: up to $500 (depending on staffing/radius levels)
Provides 20 R$, R$$ and R$$$ jobs each
Pollution: Air 3, Water 4
Power Consumed: 1
Water Consumed: 3

Find this lot in the Health Menu.

No Dependencies required. :read:

Wait... do vets even have ambulance services?

Cool lot though, so it's technically a hospital then, but for furry SIMs? LOL!

Good in concept but, again, really not fully developed. Model is almost passable and the textures (especially the extremely noisy brick) leave much to be desired. I didn't see this in your thread, so I'll have to advise you (again) to use the forums to their fullest. I would not have gotten as far as I have without the kind advice that is freely despenced by this wonderful community.

So, this functions as a hospital, I would prefer it to act as a building that brings in more AG-Demand like the BSC Farm Rewards. Or both.

Anyways, good, but needs improving. 3.4/5

Looks good, kind of funky roof texture but other than that a great lot! :thumb: Keep it up!

Though I'm only concerned with human medicine, I'm sure that most hum...sims are as worried about their pets as anything near and dear to them, so excellent creation.

LOL

Yes, some do...But mostly in big cities, there are also private ambulance businesses that are just for animals, because some people don't have cars and can't take animals on public transit.  Most noteably animal medics in New York City.
