This is nothing more than a textured box. Building details need to be modeled out for a building to look proper in the game. This will look pretty shody with any closer zoom in game. You need to do much more work, I suggest you open a thread in the BAT forums for proper advice and critique before uploading anything else.

His Divine Hand makes a good point. Consider constructive criticism to allow you to make better creations over time. Get more acquainted with the BAT and how to properly nightlight. As a first release this isn't bad, but there is some room for improvement! I'll rate it a 3/5!

I'd argue that it does not look good since it is a poorly textured box. You are never going to be able to get away with buildings like this, they just never look correct in game. Like His Divine Hand mentioned, open a thread s you can get advice on your models before you put them on the STEX.

Actually, constructive criticism requires honesty before anything...even if it means sounding harsh (plus i don't think that the vast majority of the criticism expressed above was actually harsh...)

could somebody post a link for a nightlighting tutorial?

drGill55 the thing for night-lights is that you have to actually model the windows to make it look nice, there are plenty of tutorials, you can start by visiting the omnibus, followed by a visit to Jason's thread where he has kindly posted all his tutorials, including one for night-lights,and don't forget to check Sc4devotion where you can look for SimFox tutorials..and don't forget to follow SimHotToddy and hisdivehand advice..
