The Lotto and Ice Cream House will solve that!

 

The concept is simple. With this lot, you will have an extra $25 income (too much or too little?) every month from the profit earned from the shop.

 

 

This lot is a ploppable landmark, with a bit of a landmark effect.

 

Please download the V2.5 file (unless you prefer the old one)

 

Installation:

This lot comes in a packed DAT file. Place the file in your plugins folder.

 

*NO dependencies*

 

 

You may upload the file to other websites, but please email me at happyapple96@163.com when you do it and please keep the file in its original condition. If you wish to have some modifications made, please comment in the comments section.

You know this is pretty good, modeling is excellent. The textures truthfully are the downfall here, but with enough practice I can see this or your future works getting better! :thumb:

Love the building, don't change that. It's perfect. But make it give you more than $10. I'm not saying make it $100000000 or something, keep it realistic, but more than $10. Still, everything else is perfect. 4/5

I would have to agree with "samness7" $10 is not sufficient. It should be a realistic amount. It would be nice if it could be based on a percentage of the population playing the lotto. But it is a nice lot.....different but good addition.
