City Facilities Central V3

The City Facilities Central is an all-in-one 4x6 (smaller than before) building that supplies your whole city with the following:

 

-Elementary School

-High School

-Library

-Museum

-College

-Police Station

-Fire Station

-and an awsome landmark

 

What's new in V3:

 

-Completely re-redone exterior, hopedfully the texture fits your downown area

-New Icons

-A plaza

-New nightlighting (not tested, but should work)

 

All the buildings in the package features whole city coverage (try to place it near the center) and large capacity. Should be able to satisfy a large city.

 

You will see 3 helicpoters, 2 medical, and 1 police. But you need to plop a large medical center and a deluxe police station to activate them.

 

Installation:

This lot comes in a packed DAT file. Place the file in your plugins folder. If you have my previous version, please delete everything to aviod conflicts.

 

*NO DEPDNDENCIES!!!!!*

 

*IMPORTANT*

This building pack comes in different lots, but they do blend in seemlessly, so please read the placement section of readme.pdf included to ensure the proper placement!

 

You may upload the file to other websites, but please email me at happyapple96@163.com when you do it and please keep the file in its original condition. If you wish to have some modifications made, please comment in the comments section.

the hospitals have an error.i have 31 of them and are still striking,they have max budget.my city is 2.500.000 inhabitants can you help me

You should have all the stuff in the building already, because i have to place 2 to fit everything

I really like hte idea, but it doesn't quite work right with very large cities. As someone else already posted, it doesn't matter how many of these you build, your hospitals will always be over capacity. My city dropped from 2.5 Mil to 2.1 Mil after dropping this in my town as a replacement to the many hospitals I had. Each hospital tile I add is always 40k+ patience of 33k available and rated 4/5.

The building is bigger than the lot placement...... Looks a little bit oversized when using it in one of my big city's (400,000-1,000,000 pop) skyline.

Hi Ive downloaded this and placed everything right but my Fire Dept is telling me they need a road access but ihave placed road around as you described. Is this meant to say this or should the road allow them access to the city? Please cansomeone advise me. Thanks

Great mod. 8/10

 

By any chance, can you edit the files so that these lots have no cost? I like them, they fit in my closely packed Japanese-style cities, but they cost like hell. I use them as cheat lots, but I would like it more if the hospital lot would cost nothing instead of draining 10,000 simoleons every month; or elementary school lot taking up more than 7,000 of hard earned cash. :)

 

If not that, can you tell me how to edit it myself with Ilive Reader?

Love the mod!

 

I have the Hospital problem as well; Once you build more than 4 or 5 CFC Hospitals each new Hospital simply takes on the exact patient population that the rest of the Hospitals already had before.

 

So if you have 5 CRC Hospitals with 60000 patients and 50000 capacity (I know numbers are off, it's just an example) and you plop a 6th Hospital then once the 6th Hospital "populates" it will have 60000 patients as well and there will be no change to the number of patients in the other 5 Hospitals. Doesn't matter how many more CRC Hospitals you plop at this point since all the new Hospitals will behave this way.

 

You can, however, plop non CRC Hospitals and those Hospitals will take away some Patients from the CRC Hospitals. Having to do that kind of ruins the point of this mod, however ;)
