they look very very nice! .. but i think you should use Rapheals RCI Blank lot set to make these into ploppalbe/growable residiential lots.. do you know how to do it? if not thats ok..

Great job for a first try. The geometry is good, looks just like a townhouse. They do look a little bland, though. The texturing isn't obvious enough, and the colors for the doors is a little too solid.

Although I agree with all the comments here - great B.A.T-building, Nomad - but have anyone of you actually placed them in a city? I did and the house looks great. I'm not sure if I enjoy that big brown post office package in the backyard though!

Could you possible check if this has anything to do with the "airconditioning prop"? It might need a model included to show up properly!

Thanks Agra! The airconditioning model file was missing. I added the file so it should be fixed now. Sorry about that...I don't know how I missed it. Now I'm off to figure out how to get these growable with sims living in them...

Wonderful addition!! These look great, I just wish they were either growable or could house residents. Beautiful work though.
