About This File

G'Day Simtropians,

Today, I have a couple more maps to present. This first one one was from the map request board and the request was very old. I think I may continue to make the old requests that have not been completed. Anyhow this is a map of Liechtenstein, jammed in tight between Austria and Switzerland and situated completely in the Alps. I have not added the river as the fall north to south is 80m, makes for quite a canyon.

See me up CLOSE and personal.

This is a small real world map and was produced with dem and satellite data and a few herbs and spices. It's terrain and scale accurate and a little bit hilly in spots. Using 16bit technology one requires Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer to import it. It measures 16.384km x 28.672km.

There is a readme and it has links and instructions.

That's all I think.

Cheers

Another great map - and this one makes it possible to recreate an entire country. Thank you!

Thanks ImVhOzzi, it is a grand looking joint. I have another country mapped also but it is on four maps. Allstillwell, how could I take that as an insult when you're ditching someone elses map to build on this one. (unless it's one of mine of course ;<)). No only joking. I'm very flattered, thankyou. Cheers :<}

Any chance making a map of a similarly small nation such as Andorra or San Marino?

Hey drunkapple, I was also thinking about a terraform map of the Kingdom of Bhutan as well, tucked away in the Himalayas between India, China and Nepal. It is practically forbidden to foreigners, so maybe this way some of us could have some exposure to the country. What do you think? I wish I could do it myself, but my education has nothing to do with computers or art. But I do love exploring and traveling! The country is mountainous, though, so it's just a suggestion/request.
