The City Hall Police Station is a recreation of the actual City Hall building in Sumner, Washington in the United States of America. Like it's name suggests, it's a city Hall and Police Station in one building. At first the building was the town hall alone, but over the years, several additions were made to the building to how it looks today. The actual building sits a block south of Main Street.
This is the second building I've recreated from the city of Sumner, Washington. In reality, this BAT, and my Sim Nation School District Office BAT, sit just a few blocks apart from each other. I've recreated this building to the best of my ability, however I claim this is not an exact replica or perfect scale of the original building.
The BAT is a functional police civic building.
Note: All police car replacement mods should work with the police cars on the lot, successfully changing them to the modded skin.

Installation:
Just download and extract the files from the zipped folder, and then place the files in your SimCity4/Plugins folder for the building to appear in your game menu.
Uninstallation:
Bulldoze all instances of this BAT in all of your cities and then remove all files pertaining to this download from your plugins folder.
