So. . . you once again uploaded a 3ds file, and I'm not quite sure why. . .

These are simple 3ds files and they don't even look like the picture shown. These models are without doors, windows, etc and very cheaply done. There's no lot and no nothing else.....what is this supposed to be. It surely cannot be used in SC4. This (and all the rest of your files) should be locked until decent files have been uploaded.

Okay one, you're uploading a .3DS file, not the REQUIRED SC4model, desc and SC4lot files, so you cannot call this a BAT, it's a gmax model upload. Second, did you even get permission to BAT and upload this? Because if you just took it and figured saying thank you to the guy would clear everything up, it wont, and this will most likely be locked cause of it.

I agree with everything that everybody has said. I said the same thing a couple of days ago on an earlier upload (which I think was deleted). I may be new to the whole BATing thing, but I do know you have to upload certain files to call it a BAT. I agree: all your works should be locked. btw you can preview some of my BATs in the SketchUp Designers topic in the forum. Graci.....

I am no expert either, but to see this seemingly impressive image, and then realize the upload is only 88KB in size, clearly means something is wrong.

I mean I'd love to see a Residence Inn uploaded onto the STEX, but I would love to see it uploaded originally and correctly. Just saying.

Four years later and this file is still not corrected.  You give so much joy to the users, only to rip it away once they see a mere 3DS model instead of a SC4 Model.  Please, PLEASE rectify this situation, whether it entails putting more work into this and uploading it as a BAT or deleting it from the STEX altogether.
