I'm confused...is it a factory, as the title states, or a sales lot, as the description states? Either way, I'm sure that the building is far to small to accommodate either function...

As a suggestion you might want to take a look at these two files https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3048 https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=1126 I think that you had something like these in mind. The idea is a sound one but the execution is what killed it for me. You might want to stay with small things for a while and work your way up to larger lots later on.

Maybe those jets are Harrier Jump Jets? They can take off nearly vertically...

I actually don't mind what they look like, but they truly does give a new look big time

The only things that will take off from that are Harriers or Helicopters!
