Strange looking ingame, too pale for my cities, looks like a aquarell painting made with milkshape. Btw, what's this with the dependency link, instead of naming the dependencies?

I hope ya'll know that Mr. Glamazon originally did this. He simply turned it into a reward City Hall instead of a landmark.

He updated it to include animations and to place it in the reward section. He did indeed credit Mr Glamazon in the title.

looks more like a Eurasian apartment but still it is great looking
