You mention you have covered all R$ lot varities seen in Pripiat, but please don't stop here. There can never be enough residentials, especially in a series, not many people ever do this on the Stex, closest I can think of is Bixel doing HK Garden Estates, so you are filling a void beautifully.

Define "doesn't work". If you have sufficient demand and sufficient population, then these should grow, particularly the 6x6. The others might take some patience since they will usually be broken into smaller zones. If you still have issues, go into the description and look at "buildingplop" from the extra cheats dll.

Diagonal and FAR buildings are still uncommon in the game but thanks to you there are now a few more of them out there. Good job! I'm glad to see more residential buildings. Although, I hope nothing bad happens to it when I build it in the game...

You should make other Pripiat buildings like the gym and and maybe the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant!
