About This File

My newist creation is this modd which will change your SimCity background into the Hubble deap field, which has some of the oldest galaxies ever discovered. If any bugs come up, pm me.

How to install

1)Back up your maxis backgounds in the "Maxis-SimCity 4-plugins" folder.

2)Place mine over the Maxis ones

3)Go in-game and viola!

Looks OK, but you can see the grid of pictures. I don't know about backgrounds, and if it's possible to not have them, but it's a good effort. 3/5

The grid is there because the SC4 background is simply a grid. Thing is, the pictures they use are seamless. So the pictures here need to be fixed so as they are seamless, therefore it removes the grid look.
